You must contact the contractor, freelancer, agency or client via the messenger application and try to resolve the issue on your own.

If, you do not get a response or the issue is not resolved please use the “Dispute Centre” and detail the issue.

Step #03

Once the dispute is given, we will act as a mediator between the two parties. We will be asking for full documentation of the issue, timeline and costs from both parties to resolve the issue. Once the final decision is made by Mital.io, it is final it and no other legal action will be made by either parties.
